Project Overview:
We led the design and implementation of a comprehensive Large-Scale ERP system for the Digitization of the Ashrayan-2 Project, under the Prime Minister’s Office. This nationwide initiative involved automating the end-to-end management of housing and rehabilitation for landless and homeless families across Bangladesh through a centralized, scalable, and secure digital platform.
Key Features:
- Centralized ERP System: Built a robust ERP platform to manage the entire lifecycle of the Ashrayan-2 project — from beneficiary selection and land data management to house allocation, construction tracking, and monitoring — all from a single portal.
- GIS Mapping Integration: Integrated geographic information systems (GIS) for real-time visualization of project sites, allowing officials to view land plots, housing progress, and beneficiary distribution on interactive maps.
- Digital Beneficiary Management: Enabled a fully digitized process for collecting, verifying, and approving beneficiary information, eliminating paperwork and minimizing fraud.
- Multi-Tier Access Control: Implemented role-based access levels for local administration, project directors, central authority, and auditors — ensuring secure and structured control over data.
- Real-Time Monitoring & Reporting: Developed dashboards and reporting tools that provide up-to-date insights into progress metrics, fund utilization, and project milestones — enhancing transparency and accountability.
- Multilingual Interface: Deployed an intuitive user interface supporting both Bengali and English, increasing usability among government staff and field officers across all districts.
- Mobile-Friendly Access: Optimized the system for mobile devices to support data entry, site monitoring, and field updates directly from remote locations.
